All local chapter and regional coordinator advisers are responsible for protecting the use of all Rho Alpha Sigma intended trademarked ‎items. The Rho Alpha Sigma policy concerning the use of intended trademarked materials is as follows:‎ - Local Rho Alpha Sigma chapters and regional coordinator positions are permitted to use intended trademark items without ‎obtaining approval from the National Rho Alpha Sigma Director of Communications Office (national office: communications@rhoalphasigma.org) on printed materials (paper or published materials meant to exclude screen-printing ‎on apparel), promotional pieces, and displays that are not sold. ‎ - Chapters must obtain approval in writing from the National Rho Alpha Sigma Director of Communication for any item that ‎will be sold by local or regional Rho Alpha Sigma chapter, or that utilizes a commercial vendor for production. You may make that request by utilizing this form. ‎- Request permission from the national office through the Rho Alpha Sigma Logo Request form (this form). After completing, please send your proof to: communications@rhoalphasigma.org - If you need an electronic version of the logo, please let the national office know which logo you intend to use ‎and the national office will forward you an electronic version of the logo.‎ -The national office, after reviewing the request, will respond to the adviser with written permission for the chapter to seek ‎the services of the named vendor. This letter should be included in the order as verification of the chapter’s permission ‎to use the logo, and a copy kept for local chapter files.‎ -Commercial vendors are not permitted to use Rho Alpha Sigma’s names, logos or intended trademarks on any goods ‎offered for production or sale or otherwise unless they have been officially licensed or approved in writing by the national ‎office. ‎
