Rho Alpha Sigma
National Resident Assistant Honor Society

A New Way to Recognize RA Excellence!
Rho Alpha Sigma exists to recognize the oustanding efforts of Resident Advisors, Community Assistants, and Resident Assistants around the country and beyond!
By whatever title, we know that Resident Advisors deserve recognition for the outstanding work they complete every day. Rho Alpha Sigma offers that opportunity to promote excellence, leadership, community and service within the Resident Advisor cadre, campus, and community!
Each year, a designated percentage of the total Resident Advisor population on each campus may be selected for induction into Rho Alpha Sigma! While being a true honorary, each chapter is also encouraged to engage in service activities that benefit the student staff community, the residence life community, the institutional community, and the community at large.
To learn how to bring a chapter to your campus, please see our Prospective Chapter Information on the Chapters page
